Dr. Luciano A. Pulido was born in Cuba on August 4th, 1952 where he graduated as a Bachelor in Education and  also a Bachelor in  Behavioral Disorders. He worked as educator for 15 years in the special and regular education system. He migrated to USA in 2001 and in a few years after his arrival he started his carrier in the health sciences .  He graduated as a Holistic Health Practitioner and Nutritional Consultant with the Kingdom College of Natural Medicine. Later he obtained his Bachelor in Holistic Health Sciences with the International Quantum University for the Integrative Medicine where later he also got his Master, Doctorate and Ph.D. in Natural Medicine with emphasis in the Quantum Natural Holistic and Integrative Medicine. Alternatively, he also got his licenses as Phlebotomist and Emergency Medicine Technician. In 2012 He founded the former Ifa Holistic Health Center (now Ifa Quantum Holistic Health Center). He has turned an International lecturer on Quantum Holistic Health and He also is active member of the American Association for the Advancement of Science, American Holistic Health Association, American Association of Drugless Practitioner and The American Academy of Neurology where he is an independent scientific investigator on consciousness science.
